While others fight for clicks in advertising networks, you will operate where the real action happens – on Heureka, Zboží.cz, and other comparison sites where customers make their final purchasing decisions.

We are looking for a specialist for whom an XML feed is a work of art, Mergado is their favorite canvas, and a bidding strategy is a daily challenge. Someone who can extract the maximum from product data and turn it into orders.

What will be your domain?

• 🏆 Product feed management and optimization: You will take care of the heart of our online store clients' advertising. Your task will be to tune XML feeds to perfection, ensure flawless product matching, manage categories, and enrich data using tools like Mergado.
• 💡 Bidding and performance strategy: You will become the master of bidding. You will set and optimize cost-per-click (CPC), manage budgets, and use bidding automation tools (e.g., Bidding Fox) to achieve the lowest possible cost of sales and the best ROI for our clients.
• 📊 Analytics and competitor monitoring: You will dive into data from comparison sites. You will analyze product positions, monitor competitor pricing policies, evaluate search queries, and propose further steps for improvement based on your findings.
• 🤝 Client partnership: You won't just be a technician in the background. You will be a partner to our clients. You will communicate with them proactively, explain what is happening with their products, report results, and propose strategies for further growth on comparison sites.

• Your clients are enthusiastic and see clear value in our collaboration, which is why they stay with us.
• You consistently meet set goals and KPIs (COS, ROAS) that move the client's business forward.
• You use your time effectively and meet your monthly utilization targets.

What do we expect from you?

• You have proven experience managing client accounts on comparison shopping engines (primarily Heureka and Zboží.cz).
• Mergado is your good friend, and you are well-versed in its rules and features.
• You understand bidding, know how price comparison engine auctions work, and have experience with at least one automation tool.
• You are an analytical thinker, you enjoy working with numbers, and you know how to make the right decisions based on data.
• You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy being a partner and advisor to your clients.
