We operate an e-shop at www.adsvantage.cz. To provide our services and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

  1. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you are inquiring about our products and services, we will process the contact details you provide, primarily through our inquiry form. These include: your first name, last name, email, website, and phone number. 

Why?

We use them to contact you to discuss our services further.

What is the legal basis for this?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract negotiations or the implementation of measures prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How long will we process your personal data?

If we do not enter into further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 720 days from our last communication. 

  1. Processing of personal data for orders

When you make a purchase with us, we will process the information you provide. This primarily includes billing details: your first name, last name, address, email, phone number, and website.

Why?

We need to process your personal data to fulfill our contract and deliver our services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, as well as any potential claims or inquiries you may have. 

We will further process your personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).

On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.

How long will we process your personal data?

For the duration of our service and for 720 days following the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

  1. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a customer and did not opt out during your purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided you did not opt out during your purchase.

How long will we process your personal data?

2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time via email or by contacting us at: info@adsvantage.eu

II. Who has access to the data?

Your data stays with us. However, we work with certain companies or individuals who may access your data because they help us run our e-shop. These include:

  • the operator of the Shoptet e-commerce platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

III. What else you should know

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer at our company.

Our company does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.

V. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us to request information about what personal data we process, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing. You may also request a copy of the personal data being processed, request that we delete your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. 

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to pursue your claims in court.
